Post-harvest handling is overseen by Josue Morales at Los Volcanoes Coffee in Antigua. His hands-on support for growers and focus on farm management underpin the consistency and quality in the cup.

Expect a clean, structured profile that’s easy to dial in for batch brew or hand brewing, with balanced acidity and a long, dried-fruit sweetness.
