Grown by smallholder members delivering to Ndundu Factory in Kiambu County, Kenya. This lot is a peaberry screen from classic SL28 and SL34 varieties.
Processing
Cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness, sorted by flotation, and fully washed. Parchment is fermented for 12–24 hours depending on temperature, then washed through grading channels and often soaked in clean water before drying. Drying takes 5–21 days on raised beds with frequent turning and midday cover to protect and ensure an even colour.

Light, filter-focused roast designed for clarity. Ideal for batch brew and pour-over. As a starting point, brew at 60 g/L and adjust to your service profile.
