A vibrant, fruit-forward Ethiopian filter coffee from Guji, roasted light to showcase clarity, sweetness and origin character. Expect juicy blueberry, delicate peach iced tea, and ripe prune, carried by a bright, refined acidity and a clean, lingering finish.

This Special Prep Grade 1 lot is produced at the Bishan Wate Washing Station near the Wate River, where cherries from around 50 smallholder farmers are delivered at peak ripeness. After flotation to remove defects, the coffee is depulped, wet-fermented for 48 hours, then fully washed before drying slowly on raised African beds for around 21 days to reach a stable moisture level. Carefully separated day-lots and meticulous processing result in exceptional cleanliness and a transparent expression of the coffee's terroir.

Grown in Guji's high-altitude red soils, this coffee is beautifully expressive across a range of filter brewing methods. Its layered fruit sweetness, elegant acidity and silky body make for a balanced, approachable cup that rewards both careful brewing and everyday enjoyment.
