Produced by Alfonso Tejada Ibérico and Karim Rosario Araoz Grandez at Finca Timbuyacu, a model farm that shares best practice across the region. Selective handpicking, an 18–24 hour fermentation and slow bed/patio drying over 15–20 days deliver clarity and consistency. The farm also maintains substantial forest preserves, reflecting a careful approach to land and water stewardship.
Maragogype’s large beans are known for a transparent cup profile; here they emphasise ripe fruit and refined sweetness. Finca Timbuyacu placed 12th in Peru’s 2017 Cup of Excellence, underscoring the team’s quality focus.
