A clean, structured washed lot from Antigua, prepared by Los Volcanes Coffee at Beneficio La Esperanza. Ripe cherries from nearby smallholders and estates are carefully sorted and pulped before a precisely controlled fermentation, then dried on patios under close supervision.

Temperature-monitored tanks and attentive patio work—regular raking, piling and covering to manage heat—deliver a consistently transparent cup that’s easy to dial in and dependable in service.
