A clean, fruit-forward Pacamara from Finca Los Angeles in Apaneca, El Salvador. Roasted for filter, it delivers ripe cherry, Biscoff biscuit and dark chocolate, with a winey lift and syrupy sweetness. Reliable for batch brew and pour-over alike.
This microlot is processed as an anaerobic natural: selectively picked by Brix, sealed for a controlled 72-hour fermentation, then slow-dried on raised beds for 30–40 days. The result is a precise, polished cup without boozy or phenolic notes—easy to dial in and consistent across service.
Finca Los Angeles is a 16-hectare project from Los Naranjos Coffee (5th in Cup of Excellence, 2020). Young Pacamara trees are managed with soil-led nutrition and manual weed control, and lots are cupped at multiple stages to ensure stability before export. Expect a confident expression of Pacamara character with dependable sweetness in every brew.
