A clean, high-clarity washed Kenyan from the Gathaithi Coffee Growers Cooperative Society in Nyeri County. Roasted light for filter, it delivers blackberry, mango and hibiscus with a crisp, structured finish.

Gathaithi is a member-owned cooperative founded in 2000 with 1,656 active farmers on the slopes of Mt Kenya (Tetu, Nyeri). This AA screen-grade lot comes from the main harvest, running September to mid-January.

Careful washed processing highlights the classic Nyeri character: bright acidity, ripe sweetness and floral lift, with definition that holds as the cup cools.

Varieties are predominantly SL28 and SL34, with small percentages of Ruiru 11 and Batian. Expect an expressive yet balanced flavour that performs reliably for batch brew and pour-over in busy service.
