Smallholder-grown cherries are hand-sorted, depulped and fully washed before slow drying on raised beds. This careful processing preserves clarity and definition in the cup.

Composed of SL28, SL34 and Ruiru 11, this lot captures classic Kenyan character: high-toned acidity, refined sweetness and clear separation of flavours.
