01 La Marzocco Leasing & Financing · Germany

Lease a commercial La Marzocco in Germany.

Most of our customers lease rather than buy outright. Indicative monthly costs over 36 months at 5% residual value, from ~€117/month net for a Linea Mini to ~€529/month net for a KB90. We are a La Marzocco distributor and authorised Roaster Program partner based in Berlin, and we structure the finance alongside the machine, the grinder, the water treatment and the install.

All prices and lease figures net (excl. MwSt.). Leasing is for business buyers (incl. freelancers) and dependent on credit status, with at least ~1 year of trading history typical. Newly-opened venues are not excluded: rental is one of the routes we can quote, so get in touch either way. Final terms depend on machine specification, deposit, lease term, and trading history. Grinder, water treatment, and install can be financed together.

03 How the lease works

Four things that decide your rate.

01
The finance partner, not us. We work with a finance partner that structures 36-month leases for commercial coffee equipment in Germany. Applications go through them and require approval. We put the specification and the numbers together; they underwrite.
02
Trading history helps, it is not a wall. Most lease approvals need at least ~1 year of trading history from the operating business. If you have that, a lease is usually the straightforward route. If you do not, talk to us anyway: it changes which route we quote, not whether we can help.
03
Opening soon? Start the conversation early. Brand-new venues are not shut out. Rental is one route for the first 6–12 months while the business establishes a trading record, and it is not the only one. The earlier we know your timing, the more options are still open.
04
Finance the whole bar, not just the machine. Grinder, water treatment, and install can be financed together. Water filtration, grinder pairing, workflow layout, electrical and plumbing are specified ahead of install, so they are priced as one project rather than bolted on afterwards.

04 Lease or buy

What the same machines cost outright.

Single-group machines (Linea Mini, GS3) start from ~€3,700 to ~€6,000 net. Multi-group commercial machines run from ~€10,500 (Classic S 2-group) through ~€13,900 (Linea PB 2-group), ~€16,900 (KB90 2-group), to ~€20,000+ for top-tier Strada configurations. Total project cost (including water treatment, grinder, install, and training) is typically €15,000 to €30,000+ turnkey. Leasing spreads that over 36 months. All prices excl. MwSt.

Specifications, pricing and workflow notes for each machine are on its own page: Linea Classic S, Linea PB, KB90, Strada, Linea Mini and GS3.

06 Financing questions

Do you finance commercial espresso machines in Germany?

Yes. We work with a finance partner that structures 36-month leases for commercial coffee equipment in Germany. Indicative monthly figures are above. Final terms depend on machine specification, deposit, and trading history.

Can I lease if my business is brand new?

Talk to us either way. Lease applications go through our finance partner and require approval, and most approvals need at least ~1 year of trading history from the operating business. If you are below that, it changes the route rather than ending the conversation: rental is one option for the first 6–12 months while the business establishes a trading record, and we’ll talk you through what else fits your timing. New openings are a normal part of what we quote for.

How much does a commercial La Marzocco actually cost?

Single-group machines (Linea Mini, GS3) start from ~€3,700 to ~€6,000 net. Multi-group commercial machines run from ~€10,500 (Classic S 2-group) through ~€13,900 (Linea PB 2-group), ~€16,900 (KB90 2-group), to ~€20,000+ for top-tier Strada configurations. Total project cost (including water treatment, grinder, install, and training) is typically €15,000 to €30,000+ turnkey. Leasing spreads that over 36 months. All prices excl. MwSt. We’ll quote the full setup, not just the machine.

Can the grinder and water treatment go on the same lease?

Yes. Grinder, water treatment, and install can be financed together. Water filtration, grinder pairing, workflow layout, electrical and plumbing are all specified ahead of install, so they are priced as one project rather than bolted on afterwards.

Who services the machine during the lease?

In Berlin, service is routed through La Marzocco Deutschland GmbH (La Marzocco’s own service operation in Germany). Elsewhere in Germany, we coordinate via LM-authorised partner technicians. We don’t service in-house; we make sure the right person is on it.

Are you an authorised La Marzocco distributor in Germany?

Yes. We are a La Marzocco distributor and authorised Roaster Program partner, based in Berlin and supplying commercial machines to cafés across Germany and Europe. We specify, supply and install; service is handled through La Marzocco GmbH in Berlin and the authorised partner network elsewhere in Germany.
